2nd Tour Group is a veteran-owned real estate development and construction firm — owner's representatives and project managers led by military veterans who treat cost, schedule, and performance as non-negotiable.
We bring discipline from the flight line and the firehouse to the job site: rigorous safety, regulated and environmental execution, and accountable management from acquisition through delivery. One partner, accountable end to end.
Vertically integrated capabilities that carry a project from first concept to final walkthrough — and the asset beyond.
We sit on your side of the table — protecting scope, budget, and timeline, and holding every party accountable to the plan.
Disciplined planning, procurement, and field oversight. Safety-first execution with transparent reporting at every milestone.
Ground-up and revitalization — site selection, entitlement, and vertical construction of commercial and residential assets.
Structuring and stewarding capital for value-add and opportunistic real estate — disciplined underwriting, durable returns.
Operations and asset management that preserve value — proactive maintenance, compliance, and performance over the long run.
A U.S. Marine Corps NCO with VMGR-234 at NAS Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Matthew served as a C-130 powerline mechanic — rebuilding aircraft engines, gearboxes, and propellers — before supervising a Hazardous Materials Maintenance Division accountable for over $1M in regulated materials and full federal, state, and base compliance.
His background spans hazmat, firefighting, and emergency medicine, with incident-command leadership across complex, high-risk operations. Today he leads environmental and regulated-waste projects as a project and operations manager, is a PMI-CP candidate, and is pursuing a B.A.S. in Public Administration (Tarleton State) and Fire Officer credentials (Collin College).
2nd Tour Group is his second tour — carrying Marine standards of discipline, safety, and execution into real estate development and construction.
